Project planning, feasibility study and advice (I am an ex-project manager of commercial and residential building projects in the UK and run my own property investment company; as well as having completed my own building project here in France).

Post-visit follow up and pro-active progression towards successful purchase.

Assistance and advice on the process of buying in France - legal, surveys, residential status, health care, tax, general practice.

8.

Recommendations to banks, accountants, solicitors, tax advisors, builders, architects, project managers, etc.

Prices for this Service:140 € per 7 hour working day or 20 € per hour, for my dedicated time (no vat) plus cost of petrol and out of pocket expenses. A detailed quotation, in advance, can be prepared based on your specific brief to me about what you want to achieve. If you just want to use the office without my consultancy, then this costs 15 € per hour and includes internet access, paper, printer, writing materials etc. (+ cost of international calls at cost). I am not on any kind of retainer or commission from the people I recommend which enables me to give truly objective advice. I work on a straight fee basis for my time and out of pocket expenses.
