Liberté has been very successful for family gatherings (up to 12 people), allowing everyone to share the hosting, be in neutral territory, be able to gather together for meals and socialising, but still have privacy. The house and grounds are also ideal for group activities or small clubs such as painting, writing, walking, biking - whatever the focus may be. There is ample space for togetherness as well as privacy.

| Self-contained on ground Floor, Ivy is beautifully appointed, and economically priced. It has a galley kitchen with a microwave and grill but no oven. Ivy is available on a per night basis as well so it is ideal for student travellers, overnighters, cyclists and walkers on tour as a stopover, and anyone who is passing through for a couple of nights. Per night prices available by request. Ivy and Oak work well together as a family unit for 2 adults and up to 4 children as they are right next to each other. Email us for information on Ivy. |

Oak is an elegantly presented "Master Suite" for self-catering in style, "home from home", with a large, well equipped and efficient kitchen , seated dining for 6. The combined bedroom/living area is spacious and well-planned. There is a separate children's bedroom with bunk beds for 2 making Oak ideal for a family of 4. Email for information on Oak. Equipped with a king size bed and a sofa bed, Truffle can also accomodate 2 small children. This apartment is an interesting mix of ancient and modern.

Self-contained on first floor, Tree is on a grander scale overall and thus slightly more expensive than Ivy, Oak or Truffle. 3 uniquely styled large, double bedrooms each with their own first-class facilities. Large and stylish reception rooms with beautiful double-height to beams, open-plan kitchen and dining room. Fully functional office (nominal at-cost charge for use of phones, pc, internet etc). 2 entrances with big, old, wide, stone staircases. Email for information on Tree. |
Liberté has a total capacity for 10-12 people (5 x 2 sharing + 2 children in Oak) providing very flexible accommodations and gardens for a house party of 10-12 people. A particular feature is that each unit (Ivy, Oak, Truffle, Tree) has its own separate kitchen and dining and every bedroom in the whole house has its own wash/loo facilities as described above. Result: greater independence and privacy for each couple. The reception rooms and kitchen in Tree are large enough and equipped to accommodate all 10-12 visitors. Cleaning service is available at extra charge.
Bonus: If you take the whole house and use the children's room in Oak, there is no extra charge for the children.
